Role Overview We are looking for an energetic Junior Associate Technical Consultant to join the Salesforce team. This role focuses on designing, building, and implementing Salesforce solutions for customers, with an emphasis on automation, integration, and low‑code configurations. The candidate will collaborate with cross‑functional teams globally, work in an agile environment, and provide technical leadership on smaller projects. Key Responsibilities Manage the implementation of standard configurations and custom development, and data migration elements of a Salesforce implementation. Develop and deliver implementation to our customers, following solutions designed by our architectural layer. Understand a project's needs and deep dive to debug technical implementation issues. Liaise with Salesforce product teams to support client implementations. Work in an agile and collaborative environment following our methodology. Collaborate with global teams for delivery across geographies while working remotely. Minimum Qualifications Basic understanding of any programming language (JavaScript, Java, Apex preferred). Basic front‑end development skills (HTML/CSS/JavaScript), LWC is a plus. Basic understanding of a version control system; Git and Git Flow preferred. Proven analytical and problem‑solving skills. Basic understanding of REST and SOAP API. Basic understanding of Agile methods. Basic knowledge of Salesforce settings and tools (Lightning App Builder, Flow, etc.) is a plus. Salesforce Associate Certified/Admin and Trailhead Ranger is a plus. Spoken English and Spanish language skills essential for customer communication.
