  • You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of HR initiatives
  • You will provide strategic guidance on talent management succession planning and organizational development

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective HR strategies to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to design and deliver HR programs that meet business needs

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in HR or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing HR strategies
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters degree in HR or a related field
