- We are looking for someone to be the Head of the merchandising team. This person is a senior entrepreneurial leadership role in charge to improve Red Bull execution in the country according to sales strategy. We need someone ideally with previous experience managing merchandising teams. Expand allFIELD SALES STRATEGY:
Lead the agenda and strategy to win in-store, with the objective to increase the execution level on every store.
Use the Perfect Store Audit to manage the execution in store effectively.
Alignment with Brazil, LATAM and HQ.CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP:
Be part of JBP on the main KAs, Distributors and Agency.PEOPLE MANAGEMENT:
Lead 10 Direct reports, Regional Managers and National Coordinators, with a team over 500 internal and external HC. This person will be responsible for supporting the execution and strategy through the regions, defining routs, coverage.
Previous experience managing merchandising teams.BUDGET MANAGEMENT:
Manage budget and resource alocation.
