Job Title: Partner Sales Executive (Workday Professional Services)

Location: Virtual / Remote (U.S.-based preferred)

Job Type: Part-Time

Role summary

About Us: We are a dynamic and growing professional services organization specializing in Workday implementations and solutions. We are seeking a motivated and strategic Partner Sales Executive to help drive revenue growth by strengthening our relationship with Workday and optimizing partner-led sales processes.

Position Summary

The Partner Sales Executive will be responsible for supporting and expanding our Workday professional services business by working closely with Workday's partner ecosystem. This individual will identify new sales opportunities, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and execute joint go-to-market strategies. A key focus will be on increasing the registration of leads with Workday and leveraging Salesforce data to drive performance and optimize revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary liaison between our sales team and Workday partner managers to identify co-sell opportunities and execute partner-aligned sales plays.
  • Drive lead registration and partner-sourced pipeline by aligning with Workday field teams and attending joint planning sessions.
  • Identify and nurture opportunities for new and existing Workday services offerings in collaboration with marketing and delivery teams.
  • Analyze Salesforce data and reporting to uncover insights, track key performance indicators, and support sales strategy.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to streamline lead registration processes and enhance visibility into partner pipeline performance.
  • Monitor Workday partner portals and stay current on program updates, enablement opportunities, and partner marketing campaigns.
  • Participate in regular partner QBRs and pipeline reviews, ensuring alignment of goals and progress tracking.
  • Support proposal development and RFP responses in coordination with sales operations and solution architects.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, or strategic alliances, preferably in the SaaS or enterprise software services space.
  • Experience with Workday (directly or through a partner organization) strongly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of partner ecosystems and the ability to navigate co-selling motions.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and ability to extract and interpret sales data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a virtual environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Salary Pay Range

Minimum - Maximum:
$113,820.00 - $211,380.00

Pay Transparency Statement: Strada considers a variety of factors in determining whether to extend an offer of employment and in setting the appropriate compensation level, including, but not limited to, a candidate's experience, education, certification/credentials, market data, internal equity, and geography.
