We are the Breeding LATAM area and are part of the Capability Hub Brazil pipeline delivery, being responsible for producing soybean seeds that are used to feed the test network in the country as well as ensuring On Time and In Full delivery of all processes, thus guaranteeing the development of new products that will be commercially launched in the coming years, providing greater genetic gains associated with the best biotechnologies so that the farmer has the best soybean seed in his hands.
**YOUR MISSION WILL BE TO**:
- Transform and deploy Quality & Compliance strategy to ensure high success delivery throughout our processes as well as control continuous improvement area focusing on innovation, quality control and productivity projects;
- Implement high level standards of Quality, Stewardship, Compliance and Continuous improvement to successfully deliver expected outcomes.
- Build network across other sites/crops/functions, benchmarking best practices, creating operational opportunities and driving better results.
- Drive/facilitate/engage with appropriate on-site communication and networks - providing process oversight across Quality and Continuous improvement journey at the site.
- Develop, review, facilitate site key performance indicators which provide a clear tracking system for site results, driving actions focused on implementation, maintenance and sustainability of continuous improvement and Quality systems.
- Control, assist and organize documents, protocols and checklists, including personnel training when required.
- Ensure efficient day to day activities & quality trainings for site employees.
- Support and influence in general HSE, Quality & Compliance, ensuring CIBio & CTNBio requirements for regulated & stewardship nurseries.
- Ensure root cause investigation, CAPA monitoring and continuous improvement, as well as site calibration and documentation management in compliance and quality with regional guidelines.
- Support Porto Nacional processes to ensure quality and compliance with regional and global quality guidelines.
**ARE YOU READY FOR THE POSITION?**
**Must have**:
- Qualifications in any engineering, biology, agronomy and related areas;
- Advanced English;
- Experience in quality auditing and quality management processes
- Knowledge of MASP/LEAN/CEP/FMEA methodology;
- Proven experience in Quality management systems, Leand and Six Sigma/Agile methodologies;
- Ability to work & collaborate across teams, and through critical thinking influence continuous improvement processes;
- Excellent sense of Planning, prioritization and organization to work with document control;
- Advanced communication skills to deal with internal and external auditors;
- Results-oriented, innovation, process improvement and guidance for details;
- Ability to manage low complexity projects;
- Proven experience in developing DMAIC/Kaizen activities.
**Nice to Have**:
- ISO9001 Auditor certification;
- Green belt certified;
