Transformar a visão do time de produto em código, construindo aplicações de alta qualidade com foco em organização, agilidade e boas práticas de desenvolvimento.

- Profundidade Técnica: Domínio sólido das tecnologias e frameworks utilizados, com compreensão dos princípios de design, padrões de arquitetura e melhores práticas de desenvolvimento.
- Capacidade de Tomada de Decisão e Autonomia: Habilidade para avaliar diferentes abordagens e escolher as soluções mais adequadas para problemas complexos de forma autônoma.
- Organização e Planejamento: Aptidão para decompor problemas complexos em tarefas menores, organizar demandas e priorizar atividades estrategicamente, garantindo entregas eficientes.
- Uso de Ferramentas Avançadas (incluindo IA): Capacidade de integrar e utilizar ferramentas de inteligência artificial e automação para otimizar processos e aumentar a produtividade.

**Requisitos**:
Tecnologias e Habilidades Essenciais:
- Frontend: JavaScript ES6, HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, Vue.js (incluindo Vuetify, Vuex, Vue Router)
- Backend: Node.js
- Banco de Dados: MongoDB/Mongoose
- Versionamento e Testes: Git/Gitflow e experiência com testes E2E e unitários
- Experiência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum, Kanban) e inglês médio/avançado
- Diferenciais:
Conhecimento em PWA/chrome extensions, ferramentas de IA para produtividade, microfrontend, React/Next.js, Python, Electron, desenvolvimento mobile (Flutter ou React Native), CD-CI (GitLab), Docker e Kubernetes.
