Service Desk Analyst

Right now, we are looking for Service Desk Analyst to join our team at Globant You will get the chance to:

• Diagnose technical hardware and software issues.
• Advise user on appropriate action.
• Follow standard help desk procedures.
• Redirect problems to correct resource.
• Identify and escalate situations requiring urgent attention.
• Stay current with system information, changes and updates.

What will help you succeed:

• Believe and love what you do.
• Experience with video game consoles and gaming computers.
• Assemble and disassemble gaming computers.
• Have imagination and love innovating.
• Being flexible & goal oriented.
• Being capable of taking a step back to look at a bigger picture.
• Advanced Spanish; English is a plus.
• Being a student of careers like Computer Science or similar fields.
• Schedule flexibility.
