React Native Tech Lead – Remote Work Key responsibilities: Define and drive the technical strategy for React Native projects, ensuring alignment with business goals. Oversee the end‑to‑end development lifecycle of mobile applications, from conception to deployment. Advocate best software development practices, focusing on React Native and related technologies. Facilitate communication between the React Native team and stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and project success. Qualifications: 7+ years of experience with React Native. Proficient in Agile methodologies. In‑depth knowledge of design patterns. Advanced knowledge of IT infrastructure. Experience in application security best practices. Track record of developing and integrating large‑scale applications. Expertise in both back‑end and front‑end development. Skilled in code reviews and managing CI/CD pipelines. Strong client and stakeholder communication skills. Demonstrated leadership in team management, risk identification, and project planning. Advanced level of English.
