**CAPEX Category Buyer**to work in the strategic procurement of materials, equipment, and services related to technical and engineering projects. This professional will be responsible for ensuring the best cost-benefit ratio, deadlines, and quality in purchases, aligned with the project's and organization's objectives.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct technical purchases for engineering projects
- Interact with Engineering, Finance, and suppliers to ensure procurement aligns with project timelines
- Prepare and lead RFI, RFQ, and RFP processes
- Negotiate contracts and commercial terms with suppliers
- Analyze commercial and technical proposals
- Control costs and delivery schedules for procured materials and services
- Monitor KPIs and report purchasing status to project leadership
- Develop and qualify strategic suppliers
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
- Proven experience in technical or project-oriented procurement
- Preferred knowledge in reading technical drawings and engineering specifications
- ERP SAP knowledge
- Strong skills in strategic negotiation and contract management
- Advanced English proficiency
