Insights Analyst Company Overview: Foster & Flow is a consulting company dedicated to developing customized business answers that unlock value from consumer behavior through data science and analytics. Position: Insights Analyst Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with a dynamic team working on projects for a leading global beverage company. - Translate datasets into actionable insights about consumer behavior within the CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry. - Use advanced Excel skills to manage, clean, and analyze data efficiently. - Develop clear, compelling presentations and analytical reports in PowerPoint to communicate findings and support decision-making. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams on research, market intelligence, and ad-hoc analytical initiatives. - Build data-driven narratives and visualizations that enhance understanding and business impact. - Develop reports and dashboards to visualize data findings. Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in data analysis, market research, business analysis, or a similar field. - Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint (mandatory), with the ability to structure analyses and deliver polished presentations and reports. - Fluent in English , with strong written and verbal communication skills. - Experience in the CPG industry is a plus . - Knowledge of tools such as SQL, Python, and Power BI is a strong differential . - Working Experience/Knowledge of fundamental statistics and analytical concepts.
