What You'll Do:
- Own and nurture client relationships, primarily with US-based clients focusing on recruitment projects in the Americas region.
- Lead end-to-end recruitment projects: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating placements of top talent.
- Drive new business opportunities by collaborating with the US sales team, pitching tailored recruitment solutions, and expanding our market presence.
- Collaborate with LATAM recruitment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction across regions.
- Provide strategic advice to clients on talent market trends, salary benchmarks, and recruitment best practices.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4+ years of recruitment or consulting experience, ideally in an agency setting.
- Strong business development skills with a proven track record in client management.
- Deep knowledge of the LATAM talent landscape, labor laws, and cultural nuances.
- Fluent in both English and Portuguese (written and spoken).
- Self-starter mindset: comfortable working independently with autonomy and delivering results.
