Position Junior Legal Counsel Location Brazil - Remote Employment type Full-time Benefits Base salary Competitive salary Private health insurance from day one International work environment Opportunities for career development Duties and Responsibilities Draft and review a variety of technology‑related legal agreements, including intellectual property licenses, SaaS contracts, software supply agreements, and non‑disclosure agreements. Monitor international regulatory developments, with a focus on emerging legal frameworks in Latin America. Support regulatory interactions and compliance processes related to the setup and operation of specialized business facilities. Contribute to the development of scalable legal infrastructure, including templates, workflows, and operational support related to logistics, staffing, and regulatory compliance. Maintain up‑to‑date records of internal and external policies, ensuring alignment with global and local standards. Requirements Proficient in Portuguese and English (C1), with strong verbal and written communication skills. Knowledge of Spanish would be considered an advantage. Must be licensed to practice law in Brazil with a valid professional registration. Strong sense of initiative, goal orientation, and commitment to high standards. Comfortable working in dynamic, technology‑driven environments. Able to effectively manage legal tasks across multi‑national and culturally diverse contexts. #J-18808-Ljbffr
