Position overview: As aTalent Acquisition Analyst,you will be responsible of understanding hiring manager's needs and executing the recruitment processes for their positions with agility and assertiveness. Your role and main responsibilities: Support the team to deliver the recruitment process of internal positions from Pacifica worldwide: Brazil, LATAM, North-America and Europe; Develop and execute sourcing strategies in order to generate a candidate pipeline to meet recruiting goals; Identify potential candidates with LinkedIn searches, social networking, referrals and other sources; Perform CV screening, phone screening, hunting, interviews with candidates and alignment meetings with hiring managers; Contribute to the maintenance of candidate databases and recruitment systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date candidate records; Assist in the creation and optimization of job postings; Prepare materials for hiring managers upon demand. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree completed preferably in Psychology, International Relations, Business Administration or related fields; Advanced English. Spanish is a plus; Business-oriented mindset; Hands-on profile; Ability to work with a lot of autonomy; High level of communication; Good relationship skills.
