Sales & Operation Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Operations Manager to oversee our company's sales operations. The Sales Operations Manager will be responsible for managing sales forecasting and pipeline analysis, and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales team. This role will require a deep understanding of sales processes and systems, as well as excellent communication and analytical skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the sales forecasting process and pipeline analysis to ensure accurate revenue projections
Work closely with the sales team to identify areas for improvement in the sales process and implement solutions to drive efficiency and effectiveness and forecast accuracy.
Analyze sales data and provide insights and recommendations to senior management
Manage and optimize sales systems and tools, including CRM, sales automation, and reporting tools
Monitor sales performance and KPIs, identifying trends and areas for improvement
Collaborate with other departments, including marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure alignment and optimize processes
Develop and deliver training programs for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
Create and maintain sales reports and dashboards for senior management
Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
5+ years of experience in sales operations or a related field
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience managing CRM systems and other sales tools
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with senior management
Proven track record of improving sales processes and driving sales growth
