Marketing Assistant We are looking for a Marketing Assistant to join our LATAM team in São Paulo. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in supporting marketing activities aligned with regional sales strategy and global marketing objectives. This position offers the opportunity to grow within the company and expand your scope across the LATAM region, supporting local teams in Brazil and Mexico as well as distributors throughout the territory. What You Will Be Doing Assist the Marketing Manager in defining local marketing needs and suggesting effective tactics. Collaborate with the global marketing team for collateral delivery and brand support. Create educational materials and sales aids for local sales teams and reseller channels. Support preparation of LATAM marketing budgets for exhibitions. Coordinate local advertising and promotional activities in line with global messaging. Manage local print literature and promotional giveaways within HQ guidelines. Work closely with the Brazil Inside Sales team to improve lead qualification and generation. Adapt marketing collateral and messaging to suit regional needs for maximum impact. Translate and create documents to support local strategy in the Brazilian market. Update and maintain installed base information from internal and corporate sources. Perform day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth departmental operations and support other teams as needed. What You Will Have Degree in Chemistry or related fields (Pharmaceutical, Biology) Advanced English and intermediate Spanish required. Knowledge of analytical techniques and laboratory applications relevant to our market. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks under deadlines. Customer‑oriented approach with a dynamic and proactive mindset. Understanding of marketing’s role in a B2B technology manufacturing environment. Familiarity with email marketing tools (e.g., Campaign Manager, MailChimp, Constant Contact). Experience with CRM software (SAP C4C is an advantage). Copywriting and proofreading skills are a plus. Ability to coordinate complex events involving people and logistics. Creative thinker with problem‑solving skills and high initiative. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
