We manage high‑performing SEO campaigns for multiple industries, focusing on Google Business Profiles (GMB/GBP), Local SEO, and multi‑location visibility. We’re looking for a Senior SEO Analyst who is not just a strategist but also a hands‑on executor thriving in a fast‑paced, client‑focused environment. This role requires owning the SEO department’s client performance from A‑Z — strategy, execution, reporting, and client communication. Experience & Skills Fluent English — both written and verbal — with client‑facing communication skills. 5+ years in SEO (Local SEO, technical, and content‑focused) — agency experience preferred. Proven results managing multi‑client accounts with measurable ranking and traffic improvements. Expertise with GBP/GMB, Yext, BrightLocal, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, Google Analytics 4, Google Search Console, and Looker Studio. Strong understanding of local ranking factors, the map pack algorithm, and competitive local markets. Comfortable handling 20+ active campaigns at once without losing quality. Proactive problem solver who stays ahead of SEO trends and algorithm changes. Comfortable presenting to clients and translating complex data into simple, actionable recommendations. Ability to innovate local SEO strategies tailored for diverse industries and evolving algorithms. Curiosity and hunger to experiment with emerging SEO tools, AI, and tech to stay ahead of the curve. Adaptability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment where priorities shift and new challenges emerge daily. What You’ll Do You will be the go‑to SEO expert managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, delivering measurable results while keeping clients informed and confident in our work. Client Portfolio Management – Lead SEO strategy and execution for multiple clients across different industries and locations. Local SEO Mastery – Optimize and manage Google Business Profiles for single and multi‑location businesses, including posts, Q&A, service areas, and NAP consistency. Yext & Local Listings – Manage and optimize citations, listings, and directories for maximum local search visibility. Position Tracking & Reporting – Monitor keyword rankings, map pack performance, and visibility using tools like SEMrush, Ahrefs, and BrightLocal. Data‑Driven Insights – Create clear, actionable reports in Looker Studio and present them to clients with a focus on ROI, not fluff. Technical SEO Audits – Perform crawl diagnostics, fix indexing issues, optimize site speed, and ensure technical compliance. On‑Page & Content SEO – Build and execute content strategies for landing pages, service pages, and blogs that drive both rankings and conversions. Cross‑Functional Collaboration – Work with designers, developers, and copywriters to ensure SEO best practices are implemented. Client Communication – Join regular client calls to present results, discuss strategy, and gather business insights. ALWAYS BE LEARNING – Stay up to date with SEO trends, tools, and algorithm updates. Mentor, manage, and develop the SEO department to elevate overall team performance. Prepare and deliver periodic, clear, and actionable SEO performance reports to clients, demonstrating progress, insights, and recommendations. Conduct thorough SEO audits for new and future clients, including local SEO, technical SEO, content, and competitive analysis to inform strategic planning. Schedule & Expectations Availability between 8AM – 6PM EST. Flexibility to work outside standard hours as needed for client calls and urgent tasks. 90‑day trial period with performance check‑ins. Must be able to work independently while keeping leadership and clients informed.
