LATAM People Analytics Analyst

What the day will look like

Under advisement of the HAS People Business Partner, this role will support the aligned HR team with all data analysis and reporting related requests. Aon’s Analytics Consultant will be responsible for standard reporting and administrative support; additional projects and tasks will be assigned accordingly, based on the business need. Some responsibilities are:

  • Support the aligned People Organization leader and their teams with business-critical people initiatives such as annual comp cycle and talent development and assist with tailoring corporate HR programs to meet local business needs, from data and analytics perspectives.
  • Provide meaningful and timely insight/analysis for core people reporting initiatives (i.e., headcount, turnover, hiring, etc.), including monthly and quarterly reviews.
  • Work closely with Centers of Excellence to understand key resources and tools available to assist in supporting the Line HR team.
  • Build and maintain trusting and effective working relationships with the Line HR team, while partnering with them to co-develop solutions that meet their current and future reporting needs.
  • Manage online tools to support talent initiatives, such as pulling reports for and publishing relevant content on internal knowledge sharing sites.
  • Support specialty projects in the following areas: Colleague Experience, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, and HR Operations.
  • Coach, train, and advise People Partners on key reporting, analytics, and business intelligence tools to drive effectiveness and efficiencies in HR processes.
  • Implement HR processes as defined by the Centres of Excellence while facilitating resolutions to address key data issues.

Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Fluent in English and Advanced Spanish.
  • Portuguese highly desirable.
  • Previous experience in HR is preferred.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (including v-lookups and pivot tables).
  • Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
  • Basic knowledge in Tableau.
