Overview

As a senior headhunter you will help us find engineers who are ready to embark on an adventure to Sweden. You will build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden. You will be supported by a global team of recruiters, an executive management team in Sweden, and the Swedish delivery management team handling relocation logistics.

Responsibilities
  • Find engineers in IT who are open to relocating to Sweden and inform them about living and working in Sweden.
  • Build trust with candidates and manage the relocation process with support from the Swedish delivery management team.
  • Plan and execute recruitment activities with colleagues in Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela and Vietnam.
  • Collaborate with clients across software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions and application development.
  • Maintain a high level of service, quality, and brand awareness in all candidate interactions.
Qualifications
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in IT recruitment or similar technical experience.
  • Solid and well-proven network of local IT engineering talent.
  • Extremely service-oriented with a flexible mindset and the ability to find the best solution for challenges.
  • High quality and brand awareness; understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
  • Upper-intermediate English.
  • Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies.
  • Analytical, organized with attention to detail; able to identify and close recruitment requests.
  • Self-confident, sociable, motivated and resilient; capable of handling rejection professionally.
  • Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
  • Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Contract & Work Details
  • Location: Remote or from a co-location center of your choice.
  • Employment type: Full-time; long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur; minimum 12 months.
  • Hours: Eight hours per day, Monday to Friday.
  • Remuneration: Starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes; overtime compensation 1:1 in flex.
  • Holidays: Paid national holidays with maintained payment; 20 paid vacation days.
  • Relocation support: Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
  • Start date: Start ASAP.
