Job Title Social Content Lead Producer About the Role We are seeking a senior social content producer to lead our team in creating engaging, platform-native content ideas across platforms. As a senior member of our content production team, you'll be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day production workflow, turning brand priorities, fandom insights, and social trends into clear, compelling content. Main Responsibilities Develop and execute a strategic approach to content production, ensuring it aligns with brand goals and target audience interests. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement effective content strategies that drive engagement and conversions. Lead the development of high-quality content assets, including copywriting, visual design, and video production. Oversee the content calendar, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of content across multiple platforms. Provide coaching and guidance to junior team members, promoting their growth and development in content creation and production. Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies, applying this knowledge to continuously improve content quality and effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience in social media content creation and production, with a strong portfolio of work showcasing your skills and creativity. Excellent writing, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of social media platforms, including their strengths, weaknesses, and nuances. Able to think critically and creatively, developing innovative solutions to complex problems. Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, building strong relationships with colleagues and stakeholders.
