We are looking for a Master Mobile Developer to work with us serving one of the major American investment clients.

This position requires living in Campinas to work on site every day; this position is 100% on-site .

Responsibilities:
  1. Working with a global company that offers worldwide products in the Investment area.
  2. Acting as an advisor and coaching the client towards the transformation of their software development processes based on Lean, Agile principles, and DevOps best practices.
  3. Addressing real business challenges related to Conversion Rate Optimization with the client and the team, driven by objectives and goals measured through KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
  4. Defining technical and architectural solutions in collaboration with your team and the client.
  5. Bringing innovative solutions to technical or business problems.
  6. Collaborating with the team to ensure the execution of best practices in Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps.
  7. Creating and managing the project roadmap, including architectural activities, system dependencies, risks, and technical debt.
  8. Ensuring that functional and non-functional requirements are met.
Requirements:
  1. Advanced or fluent English for communication.
  2. Designing and advocating architectural solutions.
  3. Native Mobile Development (Android / iOS).
  4. Cloud Computing Platforms.
  5. Good practices in Agile Software Engineering and DevSecOps, such as: TDD, Test Pyramid, CI/CD, Feature Toggle, Clean Architecture, Build&Run, Intentional Architecture.
Nice to have:
  1. Knowledge of Architecture Patterns such as MVP and MVVM.
  2. Proficiency in Swift programming language.
  3. Mobile development using Kotlin.
  4. CI/CD: Blue Green Deployment, Canary Release, Infrastructure as Code, 4 key metrics.
  5. Automation of web and native mobile tests.
