Position Overview

We're looking for a Retail Media Associate with hands-on experience running paid media campaigns on marketplaces such as Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads, and Shopee Ads.

You'll be responsible for campaign execution and optimization, performance analysis, and generating strategic insights — You'll partner closely with client services, creative, and data teams to ensure every campaign is aligned with strategic goals, driving measurable business outcomes. The ideal candidate is data-driven, strategic, and proactive, with an eagerness to learn and grow in the retail media space.

What You'll Do Here
  • Execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on platforms such as Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads, Shopee Ads, and other relevant marketplaces.
  • Monitor and analyze performance KPIs (ACOS, CTR, CPC, attributed sales, among others) to ensure expected results.
  • Support the development of reports and dashboards with data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with client services, creative, and BI teams to ensure campaigns align with clients' strategic goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Stay up to date with best practices and trends in retail media and marketplaces.
We Need a Person With
  • Prior experience in paid media for marketplaces (Amazon Ads, Mercado Livre Ads, Shopee Ads), with strong platform knowledge.
  • Solid understanding of performance strategies (ACOS, targeting, bidding, optimization).
  • Strong analytical skills to derive insights from performance data.
  • Well-organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to organize and manage simultaneous tasks.
  • Analytical and results-driven profile.
  • Adaptability and resilience in the face of change and challenges.
