Role Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated professional to join our team as a Junior Partner. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work directly with experienced bankers on high-profile M&A and private capital raise transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and communication skills, as well as a strong work ethic and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities will include advanced financial modeling and analysis, deal execution support, pitchbook and presentation development, market and industry research, mentorship and team coordination, and process optimization and best practices.
