Job Title: Financial Operations Specialist About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support our global finance and procurement teams. This role focuses on driving operational excellence, streamlining workflows, and ensuring financial accuracy across procurement and finance operations. Key Responsibilities Partner with cross-functional teams to support finance and G&A functions. Drive process improvement within the Finance Procurement Operations team and support systems for business goals. Support projects to simplify and automate workflows, including system feature development and user acceptance testing. Collaborate with business and legal teams on supplier sourcing, contract reviews, and renewals to maintain a resilient and diverse supply chain. Manage finance-related tasks such as purchase orders, contract reviews, invoices, supplier management, and management reporting. Assist in month-end accruals and address significant spend variances with the accounting team. Ensure accurate expense coding and track actuals against budget / forecast, highlighting any variances. Monitor invoicing trends and collaborate with accounts payable on non-PO, manual, and non-OCR invoices. Perform ad hoc tasks to support organizational objectives. Requirements Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Experience in finance, procurement, or operational support functions. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
