About the position We are looking for an Junior/Middle AML/CFT Analyst to join the Compliance team and work on identifying, analyzing, and mitigating risks related to money laundering, terrorist financing, and other illicit practices.The professional will be responsible for conducting investigations, analyzing transactional alerts, preparing dossiers, and proposing continuous improvements in the area's processes and controls. Perform daily screening, analysis, and management of AML/CFT investigations, based on alerts and atypical customer transactions Prepare dossiers and technical reports to support internal decisions and communications to regulatory bodies Contribute to the improvement of processes and operational efficiency in combating money laundering and terrorist financing (AML/CFT) Ensure the organization and management of documentation related to investigations and internal workflows Collaborate with internal clients, Risk, Compliance, Products, Legal, and Customer Service areas, ensuring alignment in the handling of cases Support the development and improvement of policies, matrices, and risk indicators applicable to the area Monitor trends and patterns of fraud and AML, proposing preventive and corrective measures Previous experience in Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing (AML/CFT) routines Knowledge in the analysis of atypical financial transactions and the preparation of AML alerts Knowledge of fraud prevention and correlation between risk vectors (fraud, AML, and integrity) Experience in regulated environments (payment institutions, betting companies, fintechs, or financial institutions) Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, and Presentations Relevant courses in AML/CFT Analytical skills, attention to detail, and structured logical reasoning. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare clear and objective technical reports Upper Intermediate level of English proficiency Analytical mindset and investigative curiosity Meticulous attention to detail and focus on accuracy Ability to adapt to deadlines, priorities, and complex cases Collaborative spirit and results-oriented approach Ethical conduct and commitment to a culture of integrity #J-18808-Ljbffr
