You will be a trusted partner to managers to drive strategic growth and will coach and challenge them to drive workforce performance, providing support in areas of talent, employee engagement and change management. You will sit within a business unit and partner with senior HR People leaders to interpret business requirements.

• Support and partner with the Senior People Lead on the definition and execution of global and local policy and change initiatives and understand the impacts of the changes planned
• Partner with function leads and middle managers to collaborate on creating and delivering the functional priorities and plan, providing strategic guidance
• Leverage data analytics in driving business solutions and decisions and support with the delivery of operational processes and leverage insights and data and translate into actionable plans to impact the bottom line and enable business strategy. Inform and update People Services of any local, legal and regulatory changes in market
• Lead and advise on talent management practices within assigned business unit related to workforce planning, talent acquisition strategy planning, leadership development, employee development, career and succession planning and talent mobility, approving job requisitions
• Build end-to-end capabilities that accelerate consumer-centric growth and operational excellence
• Manage works council relations and provide guidance to HR to ensure successful implementation of labor policies and compliance with laws and agreements
• Consult on overhead management

• Future focused by thinking ahead and anticipating new opportunities, leverages an outside in perspective through understanding of market trends

Business Partner de RH para Supply Chain (Qualidade Corporativa, HSE, Compras e Excelência de Supply Chain)

Quais ingredientes extras você trará:
Experiência atendendo a área de Supply Chain será considerado diferencial.
Atuação em empresas de bens de consumo será considerado diferencial.

Educação / Certificações:
Ensino Superior completo em Administração, Psicologia, Recursos Humanos, Economia ou áreas correlatas.

Requisitos específicos do trabalho:
Inglês avançado.
Boa comunicação (escrita e oral).
Experiência prévia atuando como Business Partner ou consultor, com exposição a gestores seniores.
Capacidade de influencia e consultoria.
Experiencia em projetos de mudança ou transformação (reestruturação, integração de áreas, implementação de politicas)
Vivencia com processos de Talent Management (Performance, carreira, succession, desenvolvimento)
Experiência em uso de dados de RH (interpretar e transformar em ação).
