Overview Business Analyst Salesforce Marketing Cloud – Tata Consultancy Services We are looking for a Business Analyst with Salesforce Marketing Cloud expertise to learn and transform their career within a leading IT services company. Key Responsibilities Defining technical user stories, developing web applications, and designing integration services and APIs. Present interval executive-level Salesforce platform demonstrations, and run through all features (i.e. Content Builder, Journey Builder, etc.) upon request. Set up and configure data models. Develop scalable solutions based on business objectives, marketing metrics, and technical requirements. Design platform configuration and data feeds to run effective automated processes. Act as a hands-on consultant on wide-scale projects including email customer journey. Identify and troubleshoot platform and data feed-related issues. Advise teams regarding the latest tech innovations, new business initiatives, third-party solutions, and effective email templates. Optimize internal processes based on team requests, opportunity gaps, and business requirements. Communicate project initiatives to relevant stakeholders. Responsible for Marketing Cloud development and testing. Design and develop project Technical Design Documents. Responsible for Marketing Cloud and Testing Coordination (Unit / Performance and Load Testing). Collaborating with client and offshore team.
