What you will do:

  • Analyze and interpret business requirements and convert them into effective SAP Payroll solutions.
  • Configure, maintain and test SAP Payroll, ensuring compliance with the latest tax laws and social security regulations.
  • Act as a technical point of contact for SAP Payroll issues, including debugging and functional validation.
  • Collaborate with internal and cross-border teams to align payroll functionalities with business needs and regulatory changes.
  • Document technical processes and deliver training to internal stakeholders when needed.

What we are looking for:

  • Solid experience with SAP Payroll Brasil, including up-to-date knowledge of tax forms and legislation.
  • Proven background in payroll configuration, technical analysis and support, ideally with experience across multiple LATAM countries.
  • Intermediate English for reading documentation and occasional interaction with global teams
  • Hands-on debugging skills and the ability to investigate and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
  • A proactive and analytical profile, able to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities.

It will be a plus if you have:

  • ABAP development knowledge or experience supporting technical teams with debugging and customizations.
