About the Job This role entails delivering training primarily in a flight simulator or other training device, with occasional ground school sessions. The Simulator Flight Instructor will be responsible for: Conducting pre- and post-flight simulator briefings in a professional manner. Delivering simulator flight instruction for licenses, type ratings, and certificates. Recording simulator usage and discrepancies. Tracking instructional qualifications to ensure ongoing proficiency. Requirements Brazilian ATP License (PLA). B737NG experience as Captain. Minimum regulatory authority-approved instructor rating experience. Instructor qualification or rating issued by a Regulatory Authority is desirable. Meet minimum qualification and experience requirements for Simulator Instructor. A working knowledge of relevant aviation regulations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to maintain strong customer orientation under adverse circumstances. Strong focus on quality with continuous process improvement & customer satisfaction drive. Fluency in English and Spanish. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor degree in a job-related field or equivalent experience, with previous FFS Instructor experience being desirable.
