Corporate Data Solutions, supporting upstream activities within ExxonMobil, is seeking ambitious BI Developer to Build / support reporting solutions in SAP (BW and HANA) This job is focused on taking the ingested data, configuring its data attributes into a stable and usable state, including documentation and metadata with final publication of trusted/published data for end-user consumption.**Required**:- 7 years of experience as a BI Developer or analytics engineer in BW/HANA- Data modeling; produced complex physical models for master, transactional data as well as reporting needs- Fluent spoken English- Working experience with SAP on BW 7.31 or higher- Experience in creating ABAP routines for data Transformations ( Functional Modules, Classes, BADI's )- Experience on analyzing BW Security authorizations and/or structural authorization- SAP BW & HANA experience, creating composite providers and ABAP CDS views- Familiar with ETL tools (BODS)- Experience with creating, evaluating, and optimizing data models in BW- Able to translate a logical model into a physical model with implementation- Assemble complex analytical datasets from multiple disparate systems, requiring data enrichment/data prep in order to publish- Knowledgeable on data privacy, export controls (ECCN), data use rights- Knowledgeable on master and reference data, how to build and maintain golden records**Nice to HAVE**:- Knowledge on IP (Integrated Planning)- Experience in utilizing a business intelligence tool like Power BI, Tableau, Lumira/Design Studio- Experience working on an Agile team
