Network Operations Center Assistant

**Directa24** is a payment service provider focused on emerging markets. We process payments for our merchants 24x7x365 and invest to get the highest availability in the market. The NOC team is focused on making sure our platform works at all times.**What you will be doing**:- Perform initial troubleshooting.- Clear all warnings, errors and misconfigurations.- Proactively monitor and identify problems in internal systems.- Perform preventative maintenance using pre-established best practice checklists.- Download bank statements, in case of problems with the automated platforms.- Monitor system operation in terms of postings.**Requirements**:- Data Analytics (Databases, SQL);- Experience in technology;- Ability (technical and judgment) to understand urgency and make decisions;- Attention to detail;- Excellent analytical and technical skills;- Proficiency in Spanish and english;- This position requires availability to work from 2pm to 23hs ART, but initially will require the availability to take rotating shifts.- 100% remote.- Plus values (not exclusive for the position): knowledge in new relic and looker**What we offer**:- A global environment with teammates living around the world- Opportunities in a fast-paced growing company- Flexible time and 100% remote role.**At Directa24, everything starts with our values,**Be Direct: We are direct and genuine in all situationsBe Owner: We treat the issues as true owners being accountable for the resultsBe Curious: We always ask ourselves what we can do better without settling with the status quoBe Hero Leader: Lead by example, inspire and influence beyond formal roles.
