Overview

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in agile environments, excels at gathering business requirements, and collaborates effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.



Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document comprehensive business requirements
  • Work closely with agile teams to facilitate communication and align goals across sprints
  • Ensure quality assurance by supporting basic testing processes and maintaining clear documentation
  • Assist in drafting and reviewing contracts and agreements to meet business needs
  • Leverage productivity tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Product Plan to manage and track project progress
  • Monitor and analyze team productivity metrics to identify areas for improvement
  • Act as a liaison between technical teams and business stakeholders, removing obstacles to enhance collaboration
  • Support continuous improvement of agile methodologies to align with organizational goals


Requirements
  • 2+ documenting business requirements and feedback
  • Proficiency in agile methodologies and related collaboration practices
  • Technology literacy with exposure to API testing and contract writing
  • Familiarity with team productivity and workflow tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, or Product Plan
  • Basic understanding of quality assurance processes, including test planning and execution
