Job Summary The Digital Project Manager will be responsible for implementing digital and waterfall projects across different businesses and areas. The Digital Project Manager sets directions, defines workplan, resources and rituals following the waterfall and/or digital methodology to implement use cases in an agile way. The Digital Project Manager is instrumental to manage project stakeholders and influence towards the project success direction. Job Description Use of business acumen and capacity to translate opportunities into quantified improvement potential Put in place good interpersonal and negotiation skills Coordinate a multi-functional team including data engineers, data scientists, UI/UX designers, SME´s, end-users, and senior stakeholders Drive digital mindset within the organization Drive process improvement within the organization Develop expertise on key digital themes in advanced analytics and process improvement across different businesses and areas Manage projects portfolio and productivity tracking Lead diagnostics, business case development and cross-functional Kaizens Requisitos Bachelor´s Degree (Supply Chain, Economics or Engineering) At least 6 years prior experience in supply chain processes 2 years experience deploying digital solutions Excellent analytical and quantitative skills Ability to lead change and deliver financial results 3 years experience in project management (Waterfall & Agile) Effective communication skills across all levels of the organization Treinamentos Business Translator Fundamentals Data Scientist Fundamentals Product Owner / Scrum Master certification 6 sigma Green Belt (preferred) LI-Hybrid Company We are a global leader in taste, scent, and nutrition, offering our customers a broader range of natural solutions and accelerating our growth strategy.
