Quality Control Lead Position OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Quality Control Lead to build and lead our Quality Assurance team.This leadership role requires a strong background in managing operational teams, as well as technical competency and systems thinking.The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in managing operational teams, with a proven track record of success.About this Role : A Quality Control Lead is responsible for building and leading the Quality Assurance team. This involves auditing current processes, evaluating work quality, creating quality criteria and checklists, and working with the engineering team to identify opportunities for automation.Hiring & Onboarding (25%)Recruit new team members within the first 1-2 monthsMaintain a pipeline of qualified candidatesThe Quality Control Lead will be responsible for hiring and onboarding new team members, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to excel in their roles.Automation & Technology (20%)Collaborate with the engineering team to identify opportunities for automationCreate clear requirements and tasks for developersThe Quality Control Lead will work closely with the engineering team to identify areas where automation can improve efficiency and accuracy. They will create clear requirements and tasks for developers to implement these changes.Team Management (15%)Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and conduct regular performance reviewsThe Quality Control Lead will be responsible for tracking KPIs and conducting regular performance reviews to ensure that the team is meeting its goals and objectives.To succeed in this role, you will need strong leadership skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze complex problems and develop effective solutions.If you are a motivated and detail-oriented professional with a passion for quality control, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity. #J-18808-Ljbffr
