O que estamos buscando?

Tech Lead (Node / React) - Sênior -

Requisitos :

Requisitos Técnicos

  • Front: React, React native;
  • Backend: Node, TypeScript;
  • Padrões: Clean Code, Clean Arquitetura;
  • AWS: Conhecer catálogos de serviços, entre eles Cognito, API Gateway, Lambda, SNS, SQS;
  • Banco: Dynamo (NoSql);
  • Teste unitários: SonarCube, Jest, Bitbucket, Jira;
  • Experiência anterior em liderança de time;
  • Experiência na condução de times ágeis;
  • Capacidade de refinar tecnicamente as demandas e dividi-las em tasks compatíveis com seu time de desenvolvimento.
  • Desejável : Terraform;
  • Jenkins;
  • Conhecimento de KPIs para avaliação da velocidade e qualidade das entregas;
  • Experiência da condução de agendas executivas e status report;
  • Capacidade de mediação de conflitos
