About This Opportunity

We are seeking an Accounting Analyst Pleno – Offshore to join a high growth technology and payments company with a solid track record of delivering high value to our customers.

This role is responsible for:

  • Release/bookkeeping and accounting classification;
  • Support in Purchasing and Accounts Payable activities regarding the processing of fiscal and financial documents of the company.
  • Accounting flow activities ensuring correct accounting according to pronouncements.
  • Accounting reconciliations and resolution of disputes;
  • Closing of balance sheet and assistance to the team in preparing reports for controllership;
  • Organization of accounting and tax documents;
  • Team support when necessary;
  • Attendance and monitoring of the work of external audit and consultancy, providing clarifications for the agility and quality of work from local service providers.
Main Requirements

We are looking for candidates who meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Administration/Economics or studying Accounting;
  • Experience in large or medium-sized companies;
  • Knowledge in accounting and tax routines;
  • Knowledge in IFRS;
  • Advanced knowledge in Excel;
  • Fluent English – daily international contact;
  • Autonomy to work independently and have technical capacity not to stop the operation.

  • Good communication;
  • Basic/Intermediate Spanish – growing presence in Latin America;
  • Experience in payment methods, acquiring services, payment institutions, financial products, digital products, and e-commerce;

  • Good time management, prioritization of activities, and autonomy;
  • Dynamism and willingness to adapt mindset;
  • Results-driven attitude;
  • Team player mindset.
