Transforming the hospitality landscape requires a forward-thinking professional with a deep understanding of strategic partnerships.

We are seeking an experienced Director to lead our European market expansion, focusing on LATAM hotel chains. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge of the region's hospitality and travel technology ecosystem, as well as SaaS business models and partnership structures.

The role involves building and managing strategic alliances, defining and executing partnership roadmaps, and identifying co-marketing and integration opportunities with key players in the industry. Collaboration with internal teams is crucial for structuring and executing partnership agreements, representing RateGain at industry events, and monitoring partner performance.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, 5+ years of experience in business development or strategic partnerships, and proficiency in using CRM and sales enablement tools. Advanced verbal and written communication skills in Spanish, Portuguese, and English are essential.

As a trusted advisor, you will assist chains in navigating the complexities of the travel technology ecosystem, providing guidance on distribution, business intelligence, marketing technologies, and more. This individual contributor role demands self-starters who are proactive, results-oriented, and driven by innovation.
