OverviewADP is hiring an experienced Talent Acquisition Business Partner in Sao Paulo office. In this position, you\'ll attract top talent to ADP by implementing best practices in recruiting strategy. You provide the key talent that develops, designs, and markets our integrated solutions in an increasingly competitive global marketplace. ResponsibilitiesDrive implementation and execution of best practices in behavioral-based interviewing and recruiting strategy Manage large and/or complex recruitment volumes and the full cycle recruiting process: sourcing, screening, evaluating, and completing the hiring process Proactively uncover and implement creative ways to identify and recruit top talent Use social media platforms to connect with talent pools Identify client needs, provide expertise, and drive staffing strategy in client consultation Innovate processes and strategies to provide the most effective staffing experience for stakeholders Provide a five-star candidate experience that is positive, simplified, and memorable Sell ADP\'s Employer Brand and culture to potential candidates Launch and deliver on key hiring initiatives that make an impact and drive the success of the overall ADP organization Partner with talent leaders in functional areas to support people development and growth of internal organizations QualificationsBilingual, English & Portuguese. Spanish is a plus 3 years +/- Full Cycle Recruitment Experience or other relevant HR experience Strong track record of meeting/exceeding KPIs, handling large or complex vacancy volumes, and delivering projects with excellence Interest in employer branding Experience partnering with leadership and driving hiring initiatives Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with ability to interact at all levels Knowledge of local employment law (Brazil) Ability to multi-task, manage multiple deadlines, oversee projects, influence without authority, and drive for results About ADPWe are a comprehensive global provider of cloud-based human capital management (HCM) solutions that unite HR, payroll, talent, time, tax and benefits administration and a leader in business outsourcing services, analytics, and compliance expertise.
