Our company is growing rapidly and is looking to fill the role of Brazil Credit and Collections and Barter Manager. Bellow we describe the list of responsibilities and qualifications for the role.
Position: Brazil C&C and Barter MGR
Based in: Campinas, SP
**Main Areas of Responsabilities**:
- Create and drive the strategic operating plan within own area of responsibility
- Inspire, lead ad guide a group of 04 C&C Regional Managers and respective field C&C Representatives to overcome organizational results
- Closely interact with sales team to offer financial guidance and recommendations
- Implementing effective credit delivery processes that meet both customer needs and the organization’s credit administration and operational goals
- Recommend and implement solutions in working capital management
- Assure collection of outstanding debts including issuing of statement and working with the legal team when appropriated
- Maintain aged debtors and detailed records of client chasing activity
- Managing the day to day process to enable the business to meet cash targets
- Weekly tracking of overdue debtors balances and act assure A/R
- Monitor cash flow
- It is critical to clearly indentify both obligor risks & transaction risks arising from lease structure, collateral and documentations
- Monitoring aging and discuss corrective actions with local credit teams and sales teams
- Decision accountability regarding the extension, structuring, servicing and collection of credit products within the assigned delegated authority framework
- Managing the order to cash receipts cycle to ensure working capital objectives are achieved
- Identify opportunities to improve automation and efficiency through policy, procedure, process and systems Work closely with Global treasury to identify and support sales by financial instruments
**Requirements for the role**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or relatable area
- Around 10 years experience credit management within large MNC, in a an Agrichemical industry
- Solution and results oriented with a can-do attitude and determination
- Knowledge of business practice and legal requirements over Brazil
- Proficient in use of Excel, Power BI, ERP and other relevant tools for the function
- Strong prioritizing, analytical, presentation, project management & planning skills
- Learning agility
- Agile and smart
- Strong skills of conflict management
- Resilient
- Available for travelling 60% of worktime
