Senior Cloud Administrator

We are seeking a Senior Cloud Administrator to join our team as an Oracle Field Service Cloud expert.

In this role, you will oversee the administration and optimization of our platform, ensuring its scalability and reliability. You will act as a technical leader, providing strategic guidance, managing system enhancements, and empowering business teams with well-configured solutions that drive operational excellence.

• Perform Oracle Field Service Cloud administrative tasks, including user access, roles, and permissions management
• Configure objects, fields, and page layouts to meet business requirements
• Develop and maintain advanced workflows, automations, and processes to enhance system functionality
• Ensure data integrity by managing imports, exports, data cleansing, and backups
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and analyze requirements
• Map business needs to Oracle Field Service Cloud capabilities and contribute to scalable solution designs
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and assist in planning sessions
• Document support processes, create FAQs, and develop training materials to promote user adoption
• Collaborate with other administrators and developers to resolve complex issues and escalations
• Stay up-to-date with Oracle Field Service updates, sharing knowledge and best practices with the team and end-users

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in Field Service Operations
• Proven expertise in Oracle Field Service Cloud administration, including user management, object and field configuration, page layout customization, and data management
• Strong skills in building and maintaining workflows, automations, and process logic
• Ability to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
• Experience in designing scalable solutions that align with user needs
• Background in managing ERP-related projects, from planning to execution
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, including stakeholder engagement and the creation of training materials
• Problem-solving expertise, including troubleshooting and handling complex escalations
• Fluent English proficiency (written and spoken) at a B2 level or higher

• Oracle Field Service certified implementation professional certification
• Experience with Salesforce Lightning
• Previous experience as a senior administrator
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Knowledge and experience in analytics and dashboard development
