We are looking for our next Finance Controller to join a high-performing team. Responsibilities Oversee the budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking of projects ensuring alignment with business objectives and profitability targets. Evaluate and validate pricing models, cost structures, and margin assumptions to ensure competitiveness and profitability across products or services. Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for project performance, highlighting risks, opportunities, and variances against forecasts. Partner with project managers, sales, and commercial teams to provide financial guidance, support pricing decisions, and ensure project viability. Ensure adherence to financial policies, internal controls, and accounting standards in project execution and pricing processes. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a related field (MBA or Master’s degree desirable). Proven experience in Finance/Project Management or Controlling roles, ideally with exposure to pricing or business case evaluation. Previous experience in strategy consulting or general management consulting roles with strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
