Key Account Growth Manager We are seeking a highly skilled Key Account Growth Manager to join our team in Sao Paulo, Brazil. About the Role As a Key Account Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and process efficiency across our global network. Key Responsibilities Strategic Goal Decomposition and Planning : Utilize clear logical thinking to decompose business goals into actionable process indicators and forecast manpower based on efficiency. End-to-End Achievement Monitoring and Early Warning : Monitor progress, adjust manpower allocation, and establish an early warning mechanism to ensure timely goal achievement. Monitoring Efficiency Optimization : Collaborate with product and data teams to optimize online data dashboards and monitor all modules. Data Metric System Optimization : Work closely with product and data teams to ensure the construction of an efficient data metric system. In-Depth Business Insights and Diagnosis : Identify bottlenecks and opportunities through data analysis and propose improvement suggestions. Requirements Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field with at least 3 years of experience in internet industry operations or data analysis. Proficient in SQL, able to build dashboards independently, and skilled in data extraction, processing, and visualization. Excellent business analysis, problem-solving skills, and communication skills. Strong sense of purpose and responsibility to maintain high efficiency in a fast-paced environment.
