**Suas funções e responsabilidades**:
- This position will be responsible to manage the relationship between IT and Customer Services business in Latin America on matters understanding business needs and requirements, seeking for IT solutions to fulfill business needs and IT projects implementation.
- Day-to-day IT leader of IT projects/programs, support and relationship for defined areas in Customer Service.
- The ITBP proactively serves as a "trusted advisor," and is the primary IT point of contact to business line executives and managers. They operate as the key business contact representing IT in promoting IT services and capabilities.
- Drives successful project execution through a cross-functional team.
- Connect with IT Global teams to understand processes and procedures and apply, as needed, in LAM region
- Champions change and innovation. Stimulates creativity and innovation in others while being open to new ideas and supporting those who initiate change and take risks.
- Project Portfolio Manager: Ensure the project portfolio roadmap implementation, reviewing it with Project Steering Committee organized by the project portfolio manager
- Project Manager: Manage human and financial resources considering the cost implications as well as the impacts of project decisions.
- Project Budget Controller: Manage and control the IT project budget accounts, maintaining the appropriate budget approved for the project, avoiding extra costs and realizing cost saving during project execution
**Suas habilidades**:
- Fluent in English and Intermediate Spanish speaker
- Skills for working in a global organization and in a team
- Graduated in Technology or Administration
- More than 5 years of experience in Information Technology in the area of Customer Services CallCenter; Contract Service; Time material ; Installed Base ; SLA´s in Contracts; WH - SpareParts ; Customs Warehouse)
- Project Management experience - planning, leading & managing through projects
