Senior Backend Software Engineer

Exadel is a global technology company that has been delivering cutting-edge software solutions since 1998. We are seeking an experienced Backend Developer to join our team and contribute to the development of scalable, flexible, and resilient software systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java 8+ and experience with Spring Boot, as well as expertise in developing and deploying microservices in public cloud environments. You will be responsible for designing and implementing prioritized backend features using best software engineering practices and consistent functional and technical validations throughout the development lifecycle. Additionally, you will deliver high-quality code, participate in technical discussions, and contribute to the evolution of our product's technical architecture. We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of relational and non-relational databases, messaging and event streaming systems, and containerization and orchestration tools. As a member of our team, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software systems. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement backend features using Java 8+ Develop and deploy microservices in public cloud environments Ensure scalability, flexibility, and resilience of software systems Participate in technical discussions and contribute to the evolution of the product's technical architecture Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of software systems Requirements: 5+ years of experience in backend development with Java 8+ Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture Strong understanding of relational and non-relational databases Expertise in messaging and event streaming systems Proficiency in containerization and orchestration tools (Docker and Kubernetes) Benefits: Competitive salary and benefits package Opportunity to work on challenging projects and develop new skills Collaborative and dynamic work environment
