Votre mission
Niveau 4A / 4B - Piloter et réaliser en toute autonomie les opérations de production (conduite, format, réglage) sur plusieurs secteurs sur des lignes manuelles / semi-manuelles / automatiques - Organiser la production de manière à assurer le respect de l’objectif de production fixé (qualité produit, productivité, délai, sécurité) - Contrôler et garantir la production de la ligne - Contrôler, élaborer et transmettre le dossier de lot - Prendre les décisions adéquates en cas de dysfonctionnements, en liaison avec les services supports - Appliquer et faire appliquer les règles Qualité, BPF, Sécurité sur la ligne - Assurer le reporting des indicateurs de la ligne - Communiquer au chef de secteur toutes les informations utiles (sécurité, RH, etc) Niveau 4C - Activités définies au niveau précédent auxquelles s’ajoutent : - Être référent métier au conditionnement dans un ou plusieurs domaines (technique, qualité, sécurité, bonnes pratiques ) - Prendre les décisions techniques visant à supprimer les problèmes récurrents des lignes en liaison avec les services supports - Proposer, en liaison avec les services supports et mettre en œuvre des améliorations pertinentes relatives aux règles Qualité, BPF, Sécurité sur la ligne et assurer à ce titre des actions de formation, d’auto contrôle ou d’audit interne - Intervenir en appui du chef de secteur pour des actions ponctuelles d’organisation ou d’amélioration
