Promote, develop and optimize API Sales to third parties in the defined zone markets including Central and South American countries: all APIs on Euroapi catalogue.

Define and execute commercial and support the definition of the marketing strategy in relation with related zone countries specificities.

Define and implement relevant business models for each country with the support of the Region Head allowing sustainable profitable sales growth driving the strategic Plan for sites.

Build and deploy robust prospecting plan, with prioritization aligned with Euroapi Geographic Expansion Regional strategy.

Anchor Euroapi in the territory’s pharmaceutical markets through appropriate Communication Strategy.

Act as local Legal Representative.

Manage the P&L of the Zone, sales/margin/profitability.

Manage / develop Euroapi Zone foot print through close management and optimization of the Agents and distributors network.

Position will report directly to the Region Head of InterContinental Region based in Paris HQ.

Knowledge And Skills:

Solid background in API pharmaceutical operations (sales, quality, regulatory, technical and supply chain).

Strong knowledge of the market, competitors and customers in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients.

Contract (Supply agreement) knowledge.

Customer orientation.

Strong influencing and negotiation skills.

Develop strong relationships with clients.

Persistence to ensure milestones and timelines are met as planned.

Persistence with client base to ensure project achievement.

Ability to operate effectively in a cross-functional, cross-cultural organization.

Strategic contributor.

Demonstrated ability to generate an effective business development strategy, finance/business plan.

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Pharmacy or a business-related field.

Minimum of 5 years commercial experience.

Business communication in English.
