You will be part of a dynamic team building an AI-powered analytics and data platform to help reduce the carbon footprint of industrial manufacturing. Your work will focus on our back-end data pipeline and analytics stack, and you will be responsible for building a range of features and data services, from exploratory prototypes to robust, hardened production implementations.If you enjoy working with cutting-edge technologies in a fast-paced environment this opportunity is for youExpectations - the experience you need7+ years of experience in data science, applied analytics, or adjacent roles.Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, Mechanical or Chemical Engineering, Computational Statistics, or a related technical field.Proven ability to work across unfamiliar data domains and quickly build understanding.Experience in industrial/manufacturing data (energy, process, or climate-related) is a plus.Strong programming skills in Python, with experience writing production-quality code.Proven data analysis and statistics foundation—able to recognize what makes a “good” analysis even if the AI is doing the heavy lifting.Experience designing dashboards and visualizations that communicate insights effectively.Strong critical thinking, problem-framing, and hypothesis-driven analysis.Excellent communication skills with a talent for data storytelling.Intellectual curiosity and ability to adapt quickly to new problem spaces.Comfort working in fast-paced, startup-style environments.Nice to have:
