DepartmentData Analytics- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationBrazil - São PauloThe Data Analytics team plays a critical role in conducting close-loop data-driven business iterations. As data analysts, our scope of work is not limited to just performance monitoring and reporting, but also in proactively finding actionable insights to help drive high-impact business changes. Our end-to-end data solution reduces the gap between the business teams and technical teams, and achieves real 'intelligence' in the iteration cycle. - Consolidate and review key revenue/order metrics on a daily basis
- Consult other stakeholders (e.g. Business Development, Operations, Marketing, etc.) to run analyses that lead to actionable business strategies and insights
- Identify issues, gather information from various sources, analyze data, interpret patterns and trends, propose solutions, and track initiatives with the purpose of enhancing efficiency
- Support various business functions with the development and maintenance of various management reports
- Automate manual reporting process by VBA/Python/SQL
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree
- Advanced or Fluent English (to be tested during interview)
- Experience working with SQL
- Experience working with Python will be a plus
- Comfortable working with large data sets and numbers
- Ability to make inferences from data and devise appropriate course of actions
- Experience working with multiple stakeholders across various divisions
- Both junior and senior applicants are welcome (we'll discuss the level of seniority based on your previous experience)
