LIBERO Agro & Industrial applications – Agrochemical Sector (Fertilizers & Lignin Products)

About the Role

LÍBERO Químicos e Ingredientes Group headquartered in São Paulo, Brazil, is seeking a dynamic Sales Representative to actively drive sales and strengthen customer relationships across Brazil.

Specializing for the agrochemical & Industrial sector, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our presence in the Brazilian market through targeted sales strategies, hands-on management, and close collaboration with both our company, Distributors and external partners.

Key Responsabilities

  • Lead sales efforts for lignin-based products in Industrial and Agro segments and agrochemical in the Brazilian market.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Develop and refine market growth strategies in collaboration with your manager to meet both short- and long-term goals.
  • Manage daily operations with a focus on delivering against the strategic business plan.
  • Work closely with the LIBERO Group Manager to align local sales goals with the company's overall vision.
  • Provide monthly sales reports and market development directly to the responsible manager within LIBERO and main suppliers.

Your Background

  • University degree in a technical or commercial discipline, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Proven track record in international B2B sales, ideally in chemical engineering, agrochemicals, or related industries.
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written); are an advantage.
  • Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and strategic thinking skills.
  • Proactive, results-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Brazil and internationally.

  • Goal-oriented, structured, and self-reliant, with the ability to make independent decisions.
  • Strong communication skills and an ambassador of LIBERO's values.

Compensation
