Technical Program Manager, INTech LATAM Amazon International Technology Team is hiring a Technical Program Manager to work in our São Paulo development center in Brazil. The role includes collecting business and systems requirements from internal and external customers, writing specifications, designing technical solutions, driving project schedules from design to release, engaging in technical discussions with software development teams, and managing production launches. Responsibilities Collect business and systems requirements from internal and external customers. Write specifications and technical design of the solutions/systems. Drive project schedules from design to release. Engage in technical discussions with the software development team. Manage production launch. Lead and coordinate design/implementation efforts between teams to develop optimal solutions. Make trade‑offs to optimize time‑to‑market, clearly communicate goals, roles, responsibilities and desired outcomes to internal cross‑functional and remote project teams. Anticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, and balance business needs versus technical constraints. Take large, complex projects and break them into manageable pieces, develop functional specifications, and deliver them successfully and in a timely manner. About You The right candidate will possess a strong program management background, have demonstrated experience leading medium to large projects, and will have a well‑rounded technical background in current software development technologies. You must thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, be able to navigate ambiguity and multiple competing priorities, and need not be hindered by these challenges. Basic Qualifications 3+ years of technical product or program management experience. 2+ years of software development experience. 3+ years of project management disciplines including scope, schedule, budget, quality, risk and critical‑path management. Experience managing programs across cross‑functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules. Preferred Qualifications 3+ years of working directly with engineering teams.
