Operations Management Position We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Operations Manager to join our team. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain clear operating systems across the business. Lead daily operations for both wholesale and e-commerce channels. Oversee order flow, inventory, and fulfillment with high accuracy. Manage logistics, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. Maintain Shopify and wholesale platforms (products, pricing, SKUs, inventory). Establish and update standard operating procedures for consistent execution. Own and manage task management boards — tasks in, tracked, completed. Monitor operational metrics (order accuracy, timelines, inventory health). Ensure teams and vendors adhere to operational standards. Requirements 4+ years of experience in operations management. 4+ years in e-commerce; wholesale experience preferred. Proven experience with Shopify, inventory management, and logistics. Track record of leading remote teams and managing vendors.
